With that information we can usually quote a flat repair price over the phone, confirm parts availability, and lock in an arrival window before we hang up.
Service we cover on the first visit
Most refrigerators, ovens, ranges, cooktops, dishwashers, washers, dryers, microwaves, ice makers, garbage disposals, range hoods, and wine coolers are repaired on the first visit. Our trucks carry the most common compressors, control boards, thermostats, igniters, drive motors, pumps, valves, and door seals for Whirlpool, GE, LG, Samsung, KitchenAid, Maytag, Bosch, Frigidaire, Sub-Zero, Wolf, Viking, Thermador, and Miele. If a special-order part is required, we'll quote it in writing, collect a deposit, and return as soon as it arrives — typically within 2–5 business days.
Pricing, payment, and warranty
Every estimate is written and approved before any billable work begins. The diagnostic fee is fully waived when you approve a same-visit repair. We accept all major cards, ACH, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash, and we back labor with our 90-Day Workmanship Guarantee. Financing is available on qualifying repairs over $500.
